PhD Neuroscientist · Founder, NeuraLearn · Lecturer
Dr. Ardalan Eslami has spent over a decade obsessed with a single question: how does the brain regulate itself, and what happens when it can't? His research into HRV and EEG led him from the lecture theatre to founding NeuraLearn, where neuroscience stops being a concept and starts being a measurable change in someone's life.
"Exercise the mind, so that stress cannot break it, but rather it bends to opportunity."
Dr. Ardy Eslami, Founder, NeuraLearn
Ardy didn't come to neurofeedback through wellness. He came through a PhD in Neuroscience and years of asking why some brains handle pressure and distraction better than others, and whether that could be changed.
His research centred on two things: HRV (Heart Rate Variability), the body's most sensitive signal for how the nervous system handles stress, and EEG, a real-time map of the brain's electrical activity. Together, they told a story that therapy and medication alone couldn't: the specific patterns driving someone's anxiety, distraction, or dysregulation.
As a Lecturer, Ardy teaches neuroscience, anatomy, and physiology to nursing, sports science, and medical students, turning complex brain science into concepts people can actually use. That same instinct, make it understandable, make it actionable, runs through every NeuraLearn session.
NeuraLearn is the place where that research meets the people who need it. Every protocol is built from a full brain assessment, not a generic template. Every outcome is measured. And every client sees Dr. Ardy personally, not a technician.
HRV is a window into how the autonomic nervous system toggles between stress and calm. Dr. Ardy's research focuses on using HRV as both a diagnostic tool and a real-time training signal for improving resilience and regulation.
Electroencephalography allows us to observe the brain's activity in real time. Dr. Ardy's work investigates how specific brainwave patterns correlate with anxiety, attention, and performance, and how targeted neurofeedback can train them to change.
Using Cambridge's CANTAB assessment battery, Dr. Ardy studies how brain training interventions affect measurable cognitive outcomes, working memory, executive function, and sustained attention, in both study and healthy populations.

Research & PracticeBehind every NeuraLearn program is a multidisciplinary team of experts committed to guiding every person toward their fullest potential. Every specialist contributes to the design, monitoring, and refinement of your program.
"I've worked with Dr. Ardy for a few years now and he is a game changer. I've been less stressed, more productive, and have better relationships with friends and family. His approach with the use of brain and heart data really made a difference, highly recommend."
"My daughter Clara is quite creative but had trouble focusing. The brainwave tech and personalised exercises made it fun for Clara and Dr. Ardy helped make noticeable improvements in her attention."
"To me, what stands out the most is the ability to translate neuroscience research into practical tools for daily life. The support and insights offered are thoughtful, empowering, and very effective and the depth of knowledge is extraordinary. I strongly recommend this service to anyone looking to improve focus, mental clarity, and stress management on a daily basis."

Every program is grounded in rigorous neuroscience, crafted and reviewed by a multidisciplinary team to ensure precision and real-world impact.
We tailor to your unique brain profile, not a generic diagnosis. ADHD, stress, anxiety, and performance all look different in different brains.
Transparency, ethical practice, and a client-centred approach guide everything. You'll always know what we're doing, why, and what the data shows.
We use advanced brain wave technology to deliver practical solutions for real challenges, making neuroscience accessible and impactful, not abstract.
