The Brain Behind NeuraLearn

Dr. Ardy
Eslami

PhD Neuroscientist · Founder, NeuraLearn · Lecturer

Dr. Ardalan Eslami has spent over a decade obsessed with a single question: how does the brain regulate itself, and what happens when it can't? His research into HRV and EEG led him from the lecture theatre to founding NeuraLearn, where neuroscience stops being a concept and starts being a measurable change in someone's life.

From research lab
to real-world results

Ardy didn't come to neurofeedback through wellness. He came through a PhD in Neuroscience and years of asking why some brains handle pressure and distraction better than others, and whether that could be changed.

His research centred on two things: HRV (Heart Rate Variability), the body's most sensitive signal for how the nervous system handles stress, and EEG, a real-time map of the brain's electrical activity. Together, they told a story that therapy and medication alone couldn't: the specific patterns driving someone's anxiety, distraction, or dysregulation.

As a Lecturer, Ardy teaches neuroscience, anatomy, and physiology to nursing, sports science, and medical students, turning complex brain science into concepts people can actually use. That same instinct, make it understandable, make it actionable, runs through every NeuraLearn session.

NeuraLearn is the place where that research meets the people who need it. Every protocol is built from a full brain assessment, not a generic template. Every outcome is measured. And every client sees Dr. Ardy personally, not a technician.

💓

Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

HRV is a window into how the autonomic nervous system toggles between stress and calm. Dr. Ardy's research focuses on using HRV as both a diagnostic tool and a real-time training signal for improving resilience and regulation.

🧠

EEG & Neurofeedback

Electroencephalography allows us to observe the brain's activity in real time. Dr. Ardy's work investigates how specific brainwave patterns correlate with anxiety, attention, and performance, and how targeted neurofeedback can train them to change.

🔬

Neurocognitive Performance

Using Cambridge's CANTAB assessment battery, Dr. Ardy studies how brain training interventions affect measurable cognitive outcomes, working memory, executive function, and sustained attention, in both study and healthy populations.
